Sound Over Noise Vol. 1 marks the beginning of a new vinyl series focused on groove, attitude and timeless house music.
Side A sets the tone with “Get Funky,” a raw, funk-driven house cut built around tight drums and infectious energy, which received strong support and chart attention on Traxsource and Beatport, followed by “Street Player,” a groove-led and classy house track that also gained excellent feedback across both digital platforms.
Side B opens with “Ain’t Nobody,” a soulful and emotional house reinterpretation featuring the unmistakable voice of Rona Ray, bringing depth and warmth to the dancefloor. The record closes with “Come On,” a straight, no-nonsense house weapon designed for DJs, driven by rhythm, swing and pure club functionality.
